PCOS LapBand Surgery and Spironolactone...? - pcos surgery

Sooooo, I), PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and I tried everything under the sun. I was many nutritionists. My friend and I were on the same diet for one year. He lost 80 pounds ... I 30th I was on metformin, twice, then my blood sugar would be Lot and fainted. I've been Byetta, but it was not practical for me because I have a big phobia of syringes and needles, if I had always someone to get me the injection. I try my PCOS through diet and exercise in the last 8 years in control, in vain. At this point, I changed doctors and found someone who really has shown great confidence and belief that the Lap-band surgery is an ideal treatment of disorders of the endocrine system. Then I went to a seminar and a hearing next Tuesday. My doctor tested my testosterone was 83! He started this spironolactone days (3 days) and since I started, I was exhausted. You think I'm going in the right direction? Are there any other "out-of-box process" orthey can help. I literally tried everything.

For more details, I'm 5'6 ", 220-pound acne menstrual cycle is not over the last 10 years, male pattern baldness, infertility, mood swings, terrible My boyfriend. Is a saint to support changes in my mood over the years;)
